Jesse built Northforge Leadership after recognizing a gap many don't see: talented people from difficult backgrounds often lack access to mentorship and confidence-building. He turned that insight into action, creating coaching and workshops that help others reframe adversity as a leadership asset.

I come from a non-traditional background and often found myself navigating environments that were unfamiliar and often challenging. Without a clear roadmap, I learned through persistence, curiosity, and a strong sense of responsibility to create opportunities that did not always feel obvious at the start. Beyond being the first in my family to go to college, I also went on to complete graduate school and build a career that led to an executive role in the real estate industry, where I am responsible for complex decisions that impact organizations and people over the long term. Along the way, I realized that many of the qualities developed through adversity, resilience, adaptability, accountability, and perseverance, are the same qualities that define strong leaders. My mission is to help individuals recognize the leadership potential within them, build confidence, and develop the mindset and skills needed to lead meaningful lives and organizations, regardless of where they begin.
